Refunds and Downgrades:

Auto-renewal ensures continued use of your product, service, or other offering until you choose to cancel, with no need to keep track of renewal dates. Repricehub will automatically renew your subscription using the payment method on file until you cancel. There shall be no refunds or prorates on any downgrades of service after the monthly billing date has passed. It is your sole responsibility to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your service

Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Bulgarian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You agree that Repricehub has no control over or responsibility for the decisions made by Amazon, Walmart, or any other platform you chose to use or link your e-commerce store to or use Repricehub for the benefit of. If at any point any of the Seller Markets penalize, suspend, issue an Intellectual Property infringement complaint, or any other infraction on or against your e-commerce store, you agree to hold Repricehub harmless and that they are no way responsible to or can be held responsible for these actions.

Monitoring and Enforcement; Termination

We have the right to: Terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Website for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms of Use.
